There are several versions of Greek Salad. The basic ingredients are, olives, mushrooms, greens, onions, (I prefer thinly sliced red onions), feta cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers, and carrots with a Greek salad dressing. Here This is a quick easy version of Greek Salad. Packed with fresh, wholesome ingredients, it will provide you with fiber and lycopene, anti-oxidants, vitamin C and folate.
My niece, Malini made us a delicious lunch when we visited her. One of the many dishes she served was a Greek Salad. I do not have her exact recipe but you can basically get an idea of the ingredients used by viewing the picture.
You may choose to add other toppings of your choice to this basic Greek salad.
